Apple on Wednesday released watchOS 5.2 to the public as expected, an update for the Apple Watch that adds support for Apple’s brand-new second-generation AirPods, among other things.

Citing the watchOS 5.2 changelog, the update brings the following changes for Apple’s wearable in addition to fixes for miscellaneous bugs:

– ECG app on Apple Watch Series 4 now available in Hong Kong and some regions in Europe. For a list of available regions, visit: https://www.apple.com/watchos/feature-availability/

– Irregular heart rhythm notifications now available in Hong Kong and some regions in Europe. For a list of available regions, visit: https://www.apple.com/watchos/feature-availability/

– Adds support for AirPods (2nd generation)

– Supports real-time text (RTT) for phone calls

To install this update, you’ll need to connect your Apple Watch to its charger and ensure that it’s in range of your iPhone when it’s connected to a Wi-Fi network. If you meet those criteria, then you can open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and visit General Software Update to find the update.

The watchOS 5.2 installation will begin after your Apple Watch reaches at least 50% battery, and you shouldn’t remove the Apple Watch from its charger until the update completes.
