There was an amazing deal on overstock 10.5″ iPad Pros last week that had the base 64GB WiFi model on sale for a very low $429. Unfortunately, that deal has expired, but there is another one this week that’s nothing to sneeze at.

BestBuy is selling the same 64GB WiFi 10.5″ iPad Pro for $499 this week. This is still a full $150 off the retail price of the lone holdover from the previous generation of iPad Pros. Not a bad price at all for a brand new Pro.

So, if you’ve been in the market and interested in the features of the iPad Pro, but you don’t need the latest design, Face ID or new Apple Pencil compatibility, then this is a really appealing entry point for a great piece of hardware. For reference, this is only $170 more than the base model 9.7″ iPad at full retail price, so this is definitely a good time to buy if you like the Pro’s larger, better screen and beefier processor.
