If you use a jailbroken iPhone and are a heavy Snapchat user, you might want to reconsider using the app on your phone. Snapchat has seemingly started banning accounts of users who are running the app on their jailbroken iPhone.
The thing to note here is that Snapchat is temporarily banning accounts for users who are simply running a jailbroken iPhone. It does not matter if you are using the official Snapchat app — a jailbroken iPhone is enough to get your account temporarily banned. And if you are using any third-party Snapchat app on your jailbroken iPhone, your account is going to meet the same fate sooner than later.

The ban is apparently a device ban thereby leading to people unable to login to Snapchat from their primary iOS device.
The jailbreaking ban is apparently actually a device ban. People like @icloneos have been banned from their main device running iOS 12.2 and they cannot login to any account without it getting banned. @snapchatsupport this is ridiculous now.

If you use a jailbroken iPhone, you can circumvent this problem by using the Unsub tweak from Nepta. Once installed, use the tweak to disable Substitute tweak injection for Snapchat. This works if your account has not already been banned.
If it has been temporarily banned, you can still use Unsub to remove tweak injection and then wait for 24 hours before trying to use Snapchat again on your jailbroken iPhone. However, there’s no guarantee that Snapchat will not detect this and temporarily ban your account.
Some jailbroken users have tried using Liberty Lite to workaround this problem but that did not work for them.
In some extreme cases, Snapchat might ban your account permanently — yep, that’s no joke as the company has in the past permanently banned accounts of jailbroken iPhone users. You can confirm if your account has been banned temporarily or permanently by trying to log in with your Snapchat account here.
