iOS 13 Concept

In less than a week, Apple will be unveiling iOS 13 with a bunch of new features. Leaks point to the next version of iOS coming with system-wide Dark mode, improved multitasking experience, revamped Volume HUD, and more. Creator Álvaro Pabesio has now imagined how iOS 13 is going to look like based on the information provided by the leaks.

The concept imagines redesigned system apps in iOS 13 along with a completely revamped iPad experience. This includes a new notification center and control center on the iPad Pro to make it better at multitasking. The Files app also gets an upgrade and unifies all the folders, tags, and services into one. It will also allow one to preview files, directly read/write files of USB drive, compress/sort files, and more.

The concept imagines several useful features like easier Bluetooth connectivity on the iPad, multi-user support, enhanced Continuity experience across Apple devices, and more.

The Dark mode envisioned in the concept looks stunning. It can be easily enabled from the Control Center, and the concept envisions the dark mode to automatically switch all system apps in iOS 13 to a dark theme as well. If rumors are true, enabling Dark mode in iOS 13 will also lead to third-party apps to switch to a dark theme.

The redesigned system apps in the concept definitely look stunning, though sadly, I do not expect Apple’s implementation to be anything like this.

What are your thoughts on this iOS 13 concept? Are you looking forward to a multitasking experience on the iPad similar to the one shown in the concept?
