Apple has updated its Events app for the fourth-generation and fifth-generation Apple TV ahead of its ‘Show Time’ event on March 25. The updated app will allow Apple TV owners to watch the “It’s Show Time” event live on their TV next week.
At the ‘Show Time’ event, Apple will be unveiling its video streaming platform service alongside an Apple News Magazines subscription service. It will solely be a service-focused event from Apple, with no new hardware product announcement. The event will be attended by many high-profile Hollywood celebrities including Jennifer Aniston.
Apple already announced all its new hardware products yesterday which includes the new iPad mini 5 and the 10.5-inch iPad Air.
Apart from Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac owners will also be able to watch the event live. Apple will be live streaming the event on its website which is scheduled to start from 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. It will be taking place at the Steve Jobs Theater where Apple has been holding its iPhone launch events over the last couple of years.
