macOS Mojave Features

Apple is moving ahead with the developer beta seeds of its latest build of macOS Mojave.

Apple on Monday officially seeded the third developer beta of macOS Mojave 10.14.4. The new software is a minor update in the grand scheme of things. It does not add a ton of new features for the end user. However, it has been confirmed in a previous developer beta that Apple News is available in Canada with the new software, and will be available to the public later this year.

To update, developers simply need to open System Preferences on their registered hardware and choose Software Update. The newest beta will be available to download from that function.

There are a few other additions to macOS 10.14.4, including an automatic dark mode theme in Safari, as well as other tweaks to Apple’s internet browser.

Apple will be testing macOS 10.14.4 for a bit longer. The company is also seeding corresponding public betas as well. That should be seeded later this week.
