A great third-party email app, Spark, is continuing its focus on teamwork and collaboration with its latest update.

Users can now delegate any email to another person on their team. They will then see the message in their inbox and begin working on it immediately.

A due date can also be assigned to a specific delegated message.

When completed, the email can be marked as closed and you’ll receive a notification.

While the iPhone and iPad app is free, a premium membership is available for $7.99 per user monthly. That will double the amount of storage per team member to 10GB, allow unlimited collaborators, bring team roles and control, and priority support.

The free version has a maximum of 5GB of storage per team member and two collaborators per email. You can also take advantage of 10 email delegations per team. After that, you’ll need to switch to a paid account.

While there are a huge number of email apps available to download on the App Store, Spark is definitely one of the best.
