The newest edition of a popular RSS reader app has just arrived on the App Store.
Reeder 4 works with a wide variety of different sync services like Instapaper, Feedbin, Feedly, and other. It can also work with just an RSS feed.
One of the headlining features is a new Bionic Reader mode. If you haven’t heard of the feature, it allows users to focus more on the text for better understanding by creating artificial fixation points, different bold letters at the beginning of each word.
Other additions include an in-app read after service that syncs with iCloud and image previews in the articles list.
You can also take advantage of search functionality, an improved article viewer, and additional layout options.
Designed for the iPhone and all iPad models, Reeder 4 can be downloaded now on the App Store for $4.99. Anyone who has purchased the previous version, Reeder 3, will need to pay to purchase the new app.
Reeder 4 for the Mac is also available to download now. It costs $9.99.
