The release of iPadOS 13 must have surprised quite a few people as leaks had not pointed to Apple branching out iPad for OS into iPadOS. The new OS for the iPad comes with a number of new features and just like iOS 13, it also drops support for older iPads.

The good news is that if you own an iPad Pro, you are sorted as iPadOS 13 supports all iPad Pros variants released by Apple so far. This includes the original 9.7-inch iPad Pro alongside the 12.9-inch iPad Pro as well. iPadOS 13 only drops support for the old iPad mini 3 and the iPad Air.
