Apple Seeds iOS 12.3 Beta 1 to Developers

In March, Apple officially released iOS 12.2 to the public. That software wasn’t a major upgrade, but it did welcome things like Apple News+ to the mix.
And now, Apple is moving ahead with betas for the next update to its mobile operating system. Today, Apple officially seeded the first developer beta of iOS 12.3. This is appears to be a minor update in scale, with the company focusing primarily on behind-the-scenes bug fixes and general overall improvements. There does not appear to be any major forward facing features for the end user being added to this version of the mobile OS.
However, if any new discoveries are made, we will update this post accordingly.
To update, developers that have registered their supported iOS devices simply need to open Settings –> General –> Software Update and then follow the onscreen instructions.
Apple typically kicks things off with a developer beta, but a corresponding public beta of the same software will likely launch in short order. If you don’t want to wait for the public beta, and want to try out the developer beta –but you aren’t a developer yourself– you can do so for free by following the method through this link.
