Apple Pay continues to expand, finding its way into new regions across the globe. Several different countries in Europe recently gained support for the mobile payment option. And now two new additional regions may get support as well.

According to a report on Friday from MacRumors, Apple is planning on bringing Apple Pay to Hungary and Luxembourg soon. Apple has apparently made some server-side changes that indicate a launch is more than likely right around the corner. Apple typically makes these changes in specific regions just before Apple Pay goes live.

That could suggest Apple Pay may launch in Hungary and Luxembourg in the coming days. However, nothing is official yet and plans could change. This does appear to be a strong hint that the mobile payment option will arrive in these two markets soon, though.

When Apple Pay does go live in these markets, we will let you know which banks support the option.

In related Apple Pay news, the service just went live in two other regions: Iceland and Austria. We also know that the mobile payment option is going to launch soon in Greece, Estonia, Austria, Portugal, and other countries in the near future.
